The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website taxiaeropuertogaliciaoporto.com, property of Manuel Santiago Villaverde Mur (hereinafter the provider). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:

b. That is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
c. That assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
The present conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all the hirings made through the website taxiaeropuertogaliciaoporto.com of the provider.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the services that were acquired prior to the modification.
IDENTITY OF THE PARTIES

The user, identified on the website by a name, data on which he has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship for the provision of a service for the transport of persons or goods born between the provider and the user at the time when the latter accepts the payment of the service during the online contracting process.
The contractual relationship of sale entails, in exchange for a certain price and previously agreed with the user, the provision of a specific service of persons or goods.
PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT
The hiring procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In case it could be carried out in another language it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
The user, in order to access the services offered by the provider, must contact the provider and communicate the characteristics of the taxi service that they demand, freely and voluntarily providing the personal data that will be required for the provision of the service.
Once the provision of the service has been agreed by the two parties, it is informed that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
1. The user must accept the budget of the service provided by the provider.
2. Once the budget is accepted, the user will be sent via the “Pay your Reservation” button to the URL https://www.transfertaxi.es/tpv from which the user will proceed to fill in the details of their reservation and the amount of it.
3. As soon as the user presses the Make Payment button, he will be redirected to the virtual TPV of BBVA where the payment of the contracted service will be processed.
In any case, the hiring platform of the provider will inform the user, once the contracting procedure is finished, via e-mail regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, date of hiring and estimate of the contracted service.
PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE
The contracted service will be performed on the date and location freely designated by the user and previously agreed with the provider. In this way, the provider does not assume any responsibility for when the service is not carried out as a consequence of the fact that the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the lender must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the performance of the service can be carried out within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that no liability can be imputed against the provider.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Due to the nature of the service provided (transport of people or goods on specific dates), the user will have a maximum withdrawal period of up to 12 hours before the date and time agreed for the service, in case the service has been contracted to be provided in the province of Pontevedra.
If the service has been contracted for other places, the maximum withdrawal period is up to 24 hours before the date and time agreed for the service to be performed.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Due to the nature of the service provided (transport of people or goods on specific dates), the user will have a maximum withdrawal period of up to 12 hours before the date and time agreed for the service, in case the service has been contracted to be provided in the province of Pontevedra.
If the service has been contracted for other places, the maximum withdrawal period is up to 24 hours before the date and time agreed for the service to be performed.
RETURN AND REFUND
The amount of the reservation of the service will only be reimbursed in case of cancellation communicated in writing and within the conditions of Cancellation of Services described in the previous point.
The provider reserves the right to charge a percentage of the reservation in respect of reservation processing costs.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF BUYERS
The transaction is made entirely in the secure server of BBVA, so that at no time the provider will have access to the credit or debit card data of the user, guaranteeing total security and protection to buyers.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The provider is deeply committed to compliance with Spanish regulations for the protection of personal data, and guarantees full compliance with the obligations laid down, as well as the implementation of the security measures provided in art. 9 of the Law 15/1999, of Protection of Data of Personal Character (LOPD) and in the Regulation of Development of the LOPD.
The data provided by the user will be used only for the performance of the contracted service and billing thereof. The following information will be required: Full name, DNI / CIF, address, contact telephone number, email address.
Failure to provide any of these data may mean that it is impossible to perform the service.
The user can request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the provider on the phone (+34) 600251843 or email info@transfertaxi.es.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s address.
In the event that the user has his domicile outside Spain, the provider and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Pontevedra (Spain).
